Speaking of Debian updates, should there be a README file to indicate what packaging files need to be updated, in what fashion, when a new file is added to the list of installed files in Ethereal? If, for example, a new plugin is added, the NSIS script has to be updated - but, apparently, none of the other packaging files do.
