That worked, but I think I'll stick with the full path starting with '\'. It
makes it a little clearer exactly where the GeoIP directory is. When I first
tried using a relative path beginning with '.\' in earlier versions of
Wireshark, it took me a while to figure out exactly which directory the path
was relative to. The PortableApps version has two executables
(WiresharkPortable.exe and Wireshark.exe) and they are not located in the same
directory.
