Some more stuff to fix:
Drop the packet-ltp.h header file, put the define in packet-ltp.c
All value_strings must end with {0, NULL} tuple
The test 'if (tree)' is invalid, must be removed to properly handle columns
Calls to proto_tree_add_uint_format() must be
proto_tree_add_uint_format_value()
To be portable array declarations must have integral constant expression for
size
