I've seen this on my machine with 0.99.5 and other users have reported it on
the mailing lists as well.  Could you try the developer version of 0.99.6 to
see if you still see the problem?  I don't see it on 0.99.6.  You can get it
from http://downloads.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/ - pick the
highest numbered .EXE file.
