When you choose to save after doing the marking operations, do you select save
"Marked Packets" or "all packets"?  I'm having trouble reproducing this
problem.  The save dialog window does pop up a second time with a small dialog
behind it (that can only be read once you cancel the save dialog) that says the
file already exists.  Are you seeing that problem at all?
