Exactly. Therefore, I'm proposing to stop distributing *.pdf files.

With that patch applied, ethereal-setup.exe will no longer contain
*.pdf files and we now have less files to manage. 

Also I updated README.win32 to reflect this change along with a few
change to make it more up-to-date (i.e. we're now distributing not
only ethereal, tethereal and, editcap but also text2pcap and
mergecap. we now have GIOP plugin in addition to Gryphon and MGCP.,
etc.)
