We are building with cmake on Windows I think http://buildbot.wireshark.org/trunk/builders/Windows%207%20x64/builds/10529/steps/shell_2/logs/stdio but it's currently failing...

We are stuck with technology when what we really want is just stuff that works. Some say that should read Microsoft instead of technology.
