Hello,

Yes it is for lab purposes (test PLMNs 244/07/08/09). 

On the other hand, I got another pcap from another lab that the PLMN is 262/100
and it shows as 262/10 (so it cant fall into the category of falling back to
3digits.. but maybe because it is has 00 maybe smth else happens).

Am attaching two print-screens.

I don't know if it is worth correcting it but am just mentioning it. (maybe
this can somehow affect the automation test teams that check the wireshark
after tests though. Till now I haven't heard anything.. maybe they re not using
yet this version)
