Hi,
Right, I only have the RRC message contents, RLC Mode, Direction and SRB info
and not the RLC header. The RLC header is built just to be able to decode the
RRC message. Message is not transferred, and thus SN is assigned to a dummy
number, incremented by 1000 for each AM or UM message.
