When I start Rpcapd it never shows up in the open listen sockets on the local
computer, I used TCPView to see if the socket is up and running, but it does
not show that at all- I am in Admin mode when running it. I tried this on
Win8.1 and Win7 and neither machines work trying to to connect to each other
capture Interfaces, I just tell the connection was refused from the remote
host.
