              on bug 7833
              from Troy Miller
        I'm experiencing this error on Windows 2008 R2 x64 running 64bit Wireshark. I
was running with a capture filter for traffic only to host 228.9.9.13
(multicast specific to application server). After capturing 250+ (35 minutes)
of these packets, the memory usage was up to 3.5GB. Event log shows Windows is
low on virtual memory about 10 minutes before crash occurs.
