Hi all,
 I am working on the decoding modules for MPLS-TP Linear protection (RFC 6378),
Lock-Instruct and Loopback (RFC 6435) and Fault Management (RFC 6427) and will
submit the patches soon.
I have opened this bug just to prevent the duplicate work getting done by many.
I will try to submit these in steps (in terms of small patches..as suggested by
few core developers in the Wireshark-Dev group).
