I noticed that due to bug #6730 (check-in r40452), the original patch does not
apply anymore. When preparing the updated patch, I decided to split it up into
two patches, since really it deals with two things:

1. Allow dissectors to give the ATM dissector a hint that AAL5 contains SSCOP
(like, for instance, on the UMTS R4 Mc interface).

2. Add support for a new dissector (MTP2) to the 'meta' dissector.

If you would prefer to treat these two patches as separate bugs, please tell
me, I will be happy to oblige. Also, I would be grateful if you could indicate
whether the patches need reworking in order to be accepted.
