Thanks for finding this.  Do you have a capture file that exhibits a dissection
problem because of this bug?  What happens if, while offset + i is counting up
to 8 if the tvb runs out of room though?  (It will throw an exception, but
should we check to make sure there is enough bytes left in the tvb first?)
