with MIT Kerberos, without GeoIP.

Running on Linux 2.6.29.1, with libpcap version 0.9.8, with libz 1.2.3.3.

Built using gcc 4.3.2.

the attached patch for the DVB-CI dissector (against r36636) allows filtering
of the event in the pseudo header and removes the pointless filter for
version_number+current_next_indicator.

I also added defines for some more resource classes and corrected a typo
(these changes are so small that I don't think it's worth having a separate
patch for them)

Thanks for review and merging this (after this, I'll raise the fragmentation
issue again ;)
