Hi Michael.
Thanks for fixing this "little" annoyance/bug of mine! 

It appears that I can now read at least the USB_modem.ntar file, without
Wireshark crashing suddenly, and I'll try the other files again when I get
time. 

I'll beat on it a little more later (given that this issue also manifested
itself *whilst capturing* as Wireshark was reading data from dumpcap in the
usual manner), and I'll probably file some more bug reports related to other
aspects of pcap-ng file handling soon (although they don't involve debugging
random crashes, thankfully ;)).

Let's make pcap-ng the best-supported file format in Wireshark (and hopefully
in other applications), or something like that...
