OK, I have fixed the problem in revision 28850. Please note that this fixes
the crashing of Wireshark. It does not read the capture files correctly,
because the pseudo headers are not read correctly yet. This will be fixed
in my next commit.

I tested it with your captures attached to this bug report on Mac OS X.

If Wireshark  still crashes for you when reading .pcapng files,
please let me know.

Thanks for reporting the bug and providing the capture files. It
took a while for me to find the root of the problem...
