Hi,
What SVN version are you using? with the lates S1AP ASN1 description
I get a different result(SVN28018):
e-RABlevelQoSParameters
1... .... Extension Present Bit: True
integer length: 10(I added debug info)
something unknown here [too long integer(per_integer)]

Or do you have a private s1ap dissector?
