This is weird. I am using a Proxim Orinoco gold card and I am trying to sniff packets on my wireless network. Interestingly, it is receiving wireless packets FROM my router to my other computers, but it is not getting the responding packets from my other computers TO the router . . . Strange. 

I am using:
- Proxim Orinoco 11 b/g card
- Linux kernel 2.6.11
- Ethereal 10.8
- libpcap 0.8.3
Has anyone seen this? It's only getting half the packets. Does this have anything to do with monitoring mode.
