I've downloaded tcpdump-3.4-16etherear.src.rpm and made all the binaries.
(do I have to install any more patches to that SRC RPM?)

arpwatch-2.1a4-16ethereal.i386.rpm  tcpdump-3.4-16ethereal.i386.rpm
libpcap-0.4-16ethereal.i386.rpm

using the spec file provided.

No luck, I still experience the same problems.

Do I have to restart any services ?!!?

Thanks in advance.
