We need both, a binary capture file and the decoded output of that same
file.  Also, if Fluke provides any additional hints on the capabilities of
their format or even a specification, we'd be happy to have them (or a
link).

OK, so now we need the binary capture file in the fluke format for
exactly that text format as well.
