The format is not (yet) supported by wiretap (ethereal's file access
library). If you send a (small!) file to the list we could see if
support for this file type can be added. We need to see the decoded
output for that file, that is, a human readable text file containing
the timestamps, the encoded hex bytes and information about the
encapsulating protocol (if any).
