It looks like 2.8 comes with its own "libwimp.dll", which we don't
address right now.  I'll take a look at it tomorrow if I have time.

I just checked in a fix to include cairo and libpng.  I don't think any
of the other library names changed.

It sounds like 2.6 might be the way to go.
