It might also not be installed by default on Linux distributions using KDE
as the desktop.

If we end up with non-GTK+ versions of Ethereal, making them not depend on
GLib might be nice.

(I.e., it might be ideal if GLib were used only by GTK+, so you only need
it for a GTK+ Ethereal.)
