With cleanbld, the object files of a windows build are not removed,
thus a rebuild is much faster after a cleanbld (compared to make
distclean).

This is sometimes helpful if one has to compile ethereal for both
windows and linux. However, I shot myself in the foot a couple of
times already and now always do a cleanbld AND nmake distclean before
building on windows.
