Yes, they are not what they should be I'm writing a new set of example
configurations (I was testing one of them when I found the h225.guid
all-zeros bug and I went after it)


IMO at this point it can be built with the rest of ethereal.



So adding it to the installer would be OK? Shall we add also the files
in matelib and/or examples to the installer?



matelib is ok mate currently looks for it in get_datafile_dir(), soon
it should look first in $HOME/.ethereal (Q: is there an ethereal user
dir in windows too? ).


Yes and get_datafile_dir() does the job on windows, too.
But this raises another problem for me. I'll have to find out, how the installer can get the information, where to install the examples. 


The examples dir also should be there but the examples aren't ready
yet, they will come soon.

OK, I will remove the files but keep the directory for now.
