Hi List!

As Guy has sent a patch some days ago, suggesting to ship the help text files with the distribution, and not #include them with gtk/help_dlg.c, I have checked in the changes for this.

-gtk/help_dlg.c: attached the patch and do some file error handling (call a simple_dialog(), if somethings wrong)
-Makefile.nmake: now simply doing nothing
-Makefile.am: removed generating of .h files (please check this)
-packaging/nsis/ethereal.nsi: distributing the help.txt files on win32 into a help dir
-removed the intermediate .h files from CVS

What needs to be done (not by me, as I have no knowledge how to do this):

-help/Makefile.am: check, if I done the changes correct
-add help text files to packaging for other platforms (deb, rpm, ...)

Could someone have a look at this, as I have no knowledge how to do it.

Regards, ULFL
