Does anyone know what's the syntax for sed to convert config.h.win32 ->config.h under windows OS?

or how do I get the config.h under windows OS?

I got the following error msg when I do a clean bld:

Could Not Find C:\temp\ethereal-0.9.9\config.h
Could Not Find C:\temp\ethereal-0.9.9\epan\config.h
Could Not Find C:\temp\ethereal-0.9.9\wiretap\config.h
