Umm, it's more like 0.9.6 :-) Just release your changes. If they are easy to
integrate, it may happen before the release, otherwise the release will not
do any harm to your released patches.

There are nightly snapshots of the CVS sources, please create your diffs
against them and not against release code (this will reduce the amount of
work for those who integrate the patches).
And last: Depending on your firewall setup (or, to be more precise on the
existence of an https proxy with a certain configuration), you may have
luck and use transconnect (search freshmeat.net for it) to do cvs through
that firewall.

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
