It might be worth trying that - or trying the latest 0.9.3 distribution;
the original 0.9.3 distribution on Windows was built from a snapshot
subsequent to the 0.9.3 release.

Yes, there were some things broken, and the original Windows 0.9.3 build
might have been done on source from what was fixed.
