Here the updated icon. Can the author of the 1.3 changes review this and let
me know what they think.

256  32x32   - From 1.2
256  16x16   - From 1.2
16    32x32   - 1.2 256 Colour Icon dithered to 16 colour
16    16x16   - From 1.3

NB. As a double check I use xnView to review the icons once outside VS6
(http://www.xnview.com) to ensure the palette is correct.
