I have done a build of ethereal on win32 to double check for any probs with
make files etc and found the icon I sent in has been broken.

The changes to the icon seems to add a 3D version in the 16 colour palettes.
In the process the 256 colour images have become damaged.

I will be more than happy to recraft the icon with a 16 colour 3D icon that
was introduced in 1.3 while still retaining the 256 information that is
correct in 1.2.

Can you roll back to 1.2 until then?
