Hi list,

This patch completes the tvbuffication of packet-smb by converting the one
remaining ttransaction command.
The patch changes the interface to packet-smb-pipe slightly so several
variables in smb_info can be removed.

It should work well also for the msrpc calls recently checked in, but please
verify this.


I will now prepare a patch to handle reuse of MIDs in a session and cleaning
up/simplifying smb_info which
is a huge struct.
(removing even a single int from smb_info makes a difference if you have
50-100.000 packet captures. )
