Hi,

What I would like for a dissector is representation of a header field value
as a printable character. Something like:
	<header name> : <meaning> ('A')
	                            ^ <value>

So on header field registration I could pass something like:
	FT_UINT8, BASE_CHAR
or
	FT_CHAR...

Any takers?
