No there isn't anything wrong with your capture. Ethereal does support WCP,
the problem is that it only decodes WCP over frame relay. I will look at 
your trace and see if we can add WCP over PPP. Can you send me some more 
traces to look at if I need them?

What version is the router software? I have had some problems using PcapTap
on some of our newer routers.
