It does - running Ethereal from the Windows desktop no longer causes a
DOS window to pop up.

I've checked in that change, as well as a change to "Makefile.nmake" to
take the "/SUBSYSTEM" flag out of LDFLAGS and to put it into the link
commands for individual programs, with Ethereal built with
"/SUBSYSTEM:windows" and Tethereal and editcap built with
"/SUBSYSTEM:console".
