Yes.  NetMon dissectors build only the equivalent of the protocol tree,
they don't separately build a summary line - or, rather, they build for
each protocol layer a separate tree, and the root node, as I remember,
is flagged as a "summary" node; its text is used as the equivalent of
the "Info" column in the summary pane.
