...and I now added a "Go To Frame" menu item, which lets you go to a
particular frame by frame number.

There's currently no control-key accelerator for it; anybody have any
preferences (either "use this" or "no accelerator")?

What should it do if that frame isn't selected by the display filter -
say it's not selected, or forcibly add it to the list of displayed
frames and update the display (which may involve updating the time
stamps, if it's displaying "relative to the previous displayed packet"
time stamps)?
