Hi,

I have finally found an area of the SMB decode that needs state info.

In order to match TRANSACT2 responses with requests (that is, get the names
correct), I need to keep state for each TCP connection.

This is because the TRANSACT2 response does not contain any indication of
the request that it relates to.  So, I must keep info about the current
outstanding TRANSACT2 command ...

I have added in lots more SMBs and fixed some problems ...

Still want to do andX commands in a better way.
