Hi,

I have been looking at some problems with the SMB decode stuff, and will
slowly add mode as I need it ...

Problems I can see are:

1. in an AndX response, I must stop decoding in the first response where 
   AndXCommand == 0xFF if errcode != 0.

2. If the previous command was an SMBreadBraw, then the response is treated
as 
   a continuation.  Need state to decode that properly ...
3. Dates need fixing :-)
4. More ...
