Hi all,

Sorry if i'm posting on the wrong place, but i'm looking for a tool that
gives me a full decode of ethernet carying OSI-traffic.
This site is one of the very few that came out of the search for "linux
clnp".

In our department, we are using full osi-stack
(ethernet/clnp/tp4/ses/pres and ethernet/ip/rfc1006/ses/pres) for our
networkmanagement application.
We have only one hp-analyser, which is allways in the field, so we used
a sun-sparcstation with SUN-OS 4.1.3 and SUNNET-OSI.
Here, ositrace gives a full decomposition of all the traffic over the
attached ethernet line.
Unfortunatly we upgraded everything to SUN-OS-2.5.1 and HP-UX-10.20,
with no tools what-so-ever.

In the announcement of 16 september (version 0.3.16) CLNP is mentioned,
but in the screendump i saw only part (10 octets) of the address. If i'm
not mistaken our addresses are 20 bytes long (GOSIP-V2 NSAP)

Any chance that decoding of osi-transport, -session, -presentation will
be done????

Kind regards, SDHans
