I just checked into CVS a small change to wiretap and ethereal.
(it's a little slow at work this morning).

Now all wiretap filetypes provide a per-packet encapsulation type. The
per-file encapsulation type has been removed from ethereal. This required
only a very small change to ethereal.

You really only care about this if you are going to add a new filetype
to wiretap. Otherwise the change is transparent.

Guy: if you are busy working on snoop.c right now, the change I made to
snoop.c was only one line.
