You could use tshark which is pretty much a command line version of the GUI.

You're problem with reading the TLS key is that only the public key is passed over the network. In order to decode, you need the private key.

If you want to see what is going on in the browser, you will have better success if you use the development tools. You can learn more at w3.org. You can do what the F12 key does in the browser. All you have to do is "read all about it".
