Wireshark itself normally does not ask for a login. Can you identify
where the login prompt is coming from? Perhaps it is a network share or
some company-specific application?
If you cannot figure out, maybe you can attach a screenshot? (Do note
that you write mail to the public wireshark-users mailing list, if the
screenshot contains sensitive info you could mail that separately in
private.)
