That's not the latest commit.

Try re-cloning:

	git clone https://code.wireshark.org/review/wireshark

and see what happens.  (If your clone operation contains the string "github" anywhere, you're doing it wrong.)
ah, thanks for pointing me straight. I've cloned the repo above and built wireshark without any issues now.
