Let's say you are interested in traffic from 10.1.1.1 to 10.2.2.2 on port
443.
The capture filter would be:
host 10.1.1.1 and host 10.2.2.2 and port 443
Otherwise, capture all traffic and apply the following display filter:
(ip.addr==10.1.1.1 and host 10.2.2.2) and tcp.port==443
