Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] Export Packet Dissections

The "Export Packet Dissections" menu option is enabled or disabled seemingly at random.  I've managed to enable it sometimes by random viewing of packets but really it is a blocking issue for me.  I've reported this as a bug but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and knows of a way to kick some sense into the GUI?

Cheers,
Jono
