True, unless you post via your favorite (read: your only) company mail
gateway. This then attaches these fine disclaimers :(
I dislike them too, but there's little you can do other than post
through your personal webmail (if not blocked, or read(*) by your
employer), or take it home and post from there. I don't mind people join
in from/for work. So we'll have to live with it. If only they could put
'--' in front.
read(*): yes they can, when they put in an HTTPS proxy...
