Andrej,
You could run Wireshark from an USB stick, we currently build an U3 version
and a Portableapps version (see: www.portableapps.com). Both versions can be
found in the download section.
Please note however, that WinPcap still needs to be installed if you need to
be able to capture packets (without WinPcap, you can only view capture
files).

I was wondering if there exists a Windows binary package for Wireshark
that I can use, *without* running the installer. Sysads are not eager
to execute Windows-installers on there machines, unfortunately.
