Wireshark suport for any protocol will be extended when some one provides patches for it, no master plan exists :-)
If you
have traces of undecoded LTE traffic you could provide a bugreport with an
enhancement request and some one might take an intrest in it
and
pick it up.

Though this is not the proper question to ask here but i think i can get
some help in this forum.
Can any one suggest me if some 3rd party tool availabe to decode LTE
related messages like S1AP, NAS, X2AP, RRC and PMIP etc
